Afterward, the customer delegation visited the high-end film electron beam irradiation demonstration line, where the technical team explained the core processes and technical advantages of the production line on site. This demonstration line is specially designed to create a professional irradiation production chain for high-end functional film materials, focusing on high-end materials such as photovoltaic functional films, polymer composite films, and special fiber materials, achieving EB room-temperature irradiation crosslinking and modification upgrading.

The integrated multi-functional demonstration line for coating-lamination-electron beam curing, as the company's comprehensive R&D pilot and mass production platform, is also one of the core highlights of this visit.

This production line breaks through the industry pain point of traditional segmented processing and integrates the full-process integrated workflow of coating, lamination, and EB curing, achieving one-stop closed-loop production of roll materials from substrate processing and coating application to curing and forming.

The production line possesses excellent adaptability and can flexibly support the R&D trial production, small-batch iteration, and large-scale mass production of multiple types of products such as photovoltaic films, environmentally friendly coatings, and functional adhesives.
