The high-energy electron beam emitted by EB (Electron Beam) equipment can activate rubber macromolecules in rubber to generate active free radicals. The free radicals then combine to cause C-C crosslinking of the rubber macromolecules, ultimately forming a three-dimensional network structure and generating C-C crosslinking bonds between rubber macromolecules similar to those formed during peroxide vulcanization.

Process and Quality Advantages
Ambient-temperature irradiation crosslinking avoids thermo-oxidative aging. The green tire strength is significantly improved, and the semi-finished product dimensions remain stable, reducing tensile deformation during the forming and vulcanization processes. Tire uniformity and dynamic balance are improved, and the finished product defect rate is reduced.
Lightweight Highlights: It inhibits rubber compound cross-layer penetration and enables thinning of the transition layer. For semi-steel tires, the transition layer can be eliminated. While ensuring tire safety performance, it reduces tire weight, lowers rolling resistance, and saves rubber compound raw materials.
